Tango Productions has teamed up with Digital Samba a Harrisburg Pennsylvania company, offering OnSync an all-in-one web conferencing platform. Unlike other applications it is entirely browser based and doesn’t require any installations or downloads for participants. OnSync is extremely versatile. Thanks to its customizable screen layouts it is ideal for online meetings, presentations to large audiences, training and learning.
Long Island Loves "The Insider Card"
We recently were contacted by our good friend Mad Dog Media Relations to edit a 30 second spot for "The Insider Card", a discount shopping program in Long Island. That was music to our ears as we were excited to put our new Premiere and After Effects 5.5 video editing and compositing software through its paces. Fresh out of master level training from Adobe (so fresh in fact most of the spot was edited in the hotel room between classes,) we had a ton of fresh techniques to apply to this project.
The Power of the Plants
Tango Productions Inc. is currently wrapping up post production and DVD authoring for Sonnewalds Natural Foods annual "Weed Walks" with Grace Lefever. Sonnewald (Pennsylvania Dutch for “Sunny Forest”) Natural Foods is located on a 60-acre farm in Stoverstown, 8 miles southwest of York, PA. It may be the oldest existing chemical-free farm and natural food store in Pennsylvania. These "Weed Walks" take place May through June and allow the participants an interesting and informative look into the lost the wisdom of the "weeds".
Tango updates website for Lone Pine Film Festival.
During the heyday of the B Western, the town of Lone Pine was alive with film shoots, stars, and all the glory that comes with the movie set. To this day, Hollywood continues to film here, utilizing the fantastic scenery of the rocks, hills, mountains, and surrounding high desert lands.
Tango Productions Inc. was pleased to be asked to create an updated website for the annual Lone Pine Film Festival. Utilizing the Joomla content management system we were able to quickly and efficiently meet our clients request. In order to add e-commerce functionality we paired Joomla with the popular Virtuemart component.

When Tango took on the production of REACH, we were expecting a good response. What we weren't expecting was people already asking for REACH DVD before it has even left our studio. With a great use and success of marketing by the way of the Internet and advertising and public relations agencies, the REACH play has already gained even more attention than anticipated, and here at Tango Productions, Inc., we were anticipating a lot.

Tango Productions, Inc. is now helping to launch a new business, MadDog Media Relations. MadDog Media Relations is owned by Michael "Mad Dog" Ovadia, a media professional since 1994 who has changed the face of radio history in Pennsylvania."Mad Dog" is known for taking a bankrupt radio station to profit, and becoming a well known voice on some of the radio waves of Pennsylvania's favorite stations, such as WSOX.

Tango Productions, Inc. has lights, camera and action at our new facility in South Central PA. Located on historic Main St in Dallastown PA, Tango Productions, Inc. is positioned perfectly to serve the multimedia needs of the Northeast region and beyond. We've given ourselves the room we needed to grow, by doubling the amount of usable space compared with the previous studio.

We are getting close to to putting our Rovi Copyblock embedder in place. Over 600 DVD's to re-author, format, embed, proof and master. New DDP file sets and masters for one of Tango Productions, Inc. biggest and best clients. We've got some serious ingest and file management workflow taking place and we are keeping ahead of the curve at every step. Our client saw a need to protect their investment of well over 6000 hours of video content and we stepped up to offer Rovi Copyblock and Ripguard as a safeguard to there valuable assets.

Our client saw a need to protect their investment of well over 6000 hours of video content and we stepped up to offer Rovi Copyblock and Ripguard as a safeguard to there valuable assets.
Rovi CopyBlock acts as a deterrent to the casual and advanced DVD ripping tools available on the web today. It acts as a case for the VOB files and scrambles them when copied or crashes the copy while in progress. I had a first hand account of this during testing it actually would crash the Macs Finder while trying to drag and drop the Video TS folders to my desktop. This was actually the first time something like crashing my Mac would bring a smile to my face! We even have tested against more advanced disc copying utilities and have found it to stand up very well. There will be more on this to follow. Our clients provide DVDs to customers worldwide. By protecting against copyright infringement, we have provided an extra level of security that gives them an added return on their investment. Their library of 1000’s of disc will undergo the Rovi Ripguard and Copyblock protection over the course of 6 months in a process that involves us compiling authoring scripts from an original replicated disc. We'll use to Scenarist to output the DDP file set which is then sent to the new Ripguard embedder. This process demands a thorough proof and quality assurances as file will be transfered and muxed quite a few times until the end product is reached. It's all in a days work for Tango’s top shelf team.
